If a lot of little people
in a lot of little places
do a lot of little things
they can change the world

The Idea

The projects for population redistribution with families from urban marginal neighborhoods: Establishing sustainable, self supporting village communities chief endeavour is the rehabilitation of families deprived of basic quality of life, in the slums of Córdoba, Argentina. We want to help them to break out of the vicious circle of poverty and its knock-on effects such as criminal activity, violence and drug abuse, by offering them life in a new communal environment and giving them a new perspective on life.

While the children will be offered access to creative activities, sports and education, their parents will be given the opportunity to learn useful professions and skills, take care of their homes and, in the long term, provide for their families themselves.

The project is built on an ethos of compassion for and trust in the participating families. Their new environment will be entirely different from the living conditions they are accustomed to. The infrastructure in place will mean that, perhaps for the first time, they will have access to basics such as healthcare and education as well as being able to develop their talents and skills in a much freer way.

In this new environment, the individuals will be attributed different tasks, receive support through education and, with their new-found self confidence will be able to contribute to the development of their city and society.
